Our take on a light and delicious dessert, named after a famed Russian ballerina Anna Pavlova. It consists of a meringue nest, filled with lemon Chantilly cream and drizzled with blueberry coulis. Although not designed to be, it is a gluten free option.
The original dessert dates back to mid 1920’s. It was created in the dancer’s honour while on tour in Australia and New Zealand.
