2012 Mayor’s Souper Sampler
This is an annual event in support of the Meals on Wheels community program. Food establishments compete with soup entries. Since Tiny Cakes does not do savour, it wasn’t appropriate for us to enter with a savoury entry. Instead, we decided to enter with a dessert soup – and from what we gather with a recipe that has never been done before – an Apple Pie Soup.
